Delivery Options/Charges

The following delivery charges currently apply to all purchases made from The Edge Nails, where delivery is required.

UK Mainland, Northern Island & Channel Islands
Orders under £25 ex VAT£3.95Standard delivery, 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
Orders over £25 ex VATFree Standard delivery, 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
Republic of Ireland

Europe

Delivery charges are calculated on the total shopping basket value pre any discount and prior to the addition of VAT.

Remember - please check orders when delivered as any item damaged in transit must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. To notify us of any damages, please speak with one of our customer service representatives on 01256 840 840.

UK, Europe & Rest of World Deliveries

  • If you opted for UK standard delivery, your goods will arrive within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch (Weekends & Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days).

  • Orders shipped to Europe or Rest of World will be sent using a Tracked and/or Signed for service.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (one working day).

  • Should you not be in when our courier/InterLink calls, a card will be left detailing the location of the parcel or detailing the contact number for the courier/InterLink so that you can arrange a re-delivery at your convenience.

  • For deliveries via courier/InterLink, a signature will be required.

  • We reserve the right to use First Class Royal Mail where applicable.

UK Next Working Day Deliveries

  • Our next working day deliveries will require a signature.

  • We reserve the right to use Special Delivery Next Day Royal Mail where applicable.

  • Please note that if you opt for next working day and your parcel is dispatched on a Friday, your order will arrive on the Monday (weekends & bank holidays are classed as non-working days). If you opt for next working day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

  • Should you be out when ParcelForce/InterLink tries to deliver, ParcelForce/InterLink will leave a calling card enabling you to contact them directly to rearrange a convenient delivery time. A maximum of two re-delivery attempts will be made by ParcelForce/InterLink.

  • We currently only offer next working day deliveries to Mainland UK (ie. excluding the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland), We hope to offer next day deliveries to these areas in the future.

One Delivery/One Address

  • You will only be charged one delivery cost per shipping address. If you have more than one delivery address, you will be charged a delivery cost per address.

  • We will endeavour to send each order as one shipment, however there may be occasions whereby items will need to be sent individually but we will try to minimise this wherever possible. If we split your shipment, you will still only be charged one delivery charge per order.

    Lost Items

    • Please allow 7 working days to elapse from the date of dispatch before contacting us about making any claim for loss of items.

    Faulty/Damaged Items

    • In the unfortunate event that an item be faulty in any way, please speak to one of our customer services representatives within 7 days (or where the defect was not apparent within reasonable inspection, within 7 days of discovery of the defect) to arrange for a replacement or refund. Our aim is to get a replacement to you by the next working day upon receipt at our warehouse of the faulty item, subject to stock availability. In the event that a refund is issued, we will refund any monies to your credit/debit card within 30 days once the goods have been received at our warehouse.
